The City of Nemaha withdrew from the Coalition, notifying the DNR on or about Juy 16th, 2021 to be effective 90 days later.

Voting by Proxy:

If a director of the Coalition board will not be present for the meeting and cannot join by electronic means, a designated proxy may vote in the director's absence.  That director must notify the board chair and secretary of their proxy prior to the start of the meeting.  

That proxy may be granted in any form; the bylaws do not require a specific format.  

For ease of use, one is provided below, but it may be as simple as an email notification to the board chair and secretary from the director granting the proxy.
